Brady’s Run Maple Syrup Festival

This annual event, held at the Bradys Run Park Lodge, celebrates the arrival of the maple syrup from the park trees each Spring. Each year approximately 30,000 people visit this unique event. (To handle crowds of this size, complimentary shuttles are provided throughout the park).

The festival is taking place this year on April 5 & 6 (Saturday and Sunday). It includes tours of the maple syrup-making process, an All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast, crafts and entertainment. For more information, call the Beaver County Conservation Department  at (724) 378-1701.

Cost for breakfast: adults $5, children 12 and under $4. Breakfast includes buttermilk and/or buckwheat pancakes. In year’s past, it also included 2 sausage links (you can buy more very inexpensively), but I couldn’t verify that for this year’s event.

Judy and I will be there Sunday morning, April 6, around 9am. We’d love to meet-up with you, if you plan to attend. Let us know if you’l be there, so we can figure out where to meet.
