The Rock Point Park Newsletter "News Flash" mailing list now has 39 subscribers! If you would like to have your email address added to the list, please send me an email by clicking here.

I promise to only send email updates when something big is happening. Update emails are sent infrequently (maybe a once or twice a month) as needed. Your email address will not be shared with anyone without your permission. All updates are sent "blind copy", so no one else on the list will be able to see your address. If you no longer want to receive the email updates, return one of the mailings with the subject changed to "remove me", and your address will be promptly removed from the list.

  1. A question to you and those of the Water Conservancy Project, Who and why is someone having the land now incompassing the Rock Point Park
surveyed!!! Maybe there are two parcels not included in your project , exactley those you have on your video that is assumed to be included in what you believe now but are not. I cornered a man Monday and it was a very disturbing confrontation. I’m interested in resolving this soon because this news and outcome can involve my own estate. Really the surveys should already be very current without discrepensies but the man said otherwise . So what is going on and who is spending all this money to discredit what has already been done. Does attorney Hamilton still have anything to do with this and his aide. Impatiently waiting for answers. Renee

  2. Hi Renee. I tried to respond to you directly via email, but it bounced back. I’ll put it here and hope you see it.

    Thanks for writing, Renee.

So there is no confusion as to my role in the Rock Point Park property… I am only an interested onlooker, and have no legal or financial interest. My only involvement is to provide this website (at my own cost, and my own energy) as a repository of information about the history of the park.

But, you definitely need to contact the Wild Waterways Conservancy to discuss. I understand your urgency; I would want to know more too.

There is a link to their website on the Rock Point Park website “links” page. I know their email address is there, and probably a phone number too.

    Best of luck to you!

Also, Renee – here is the message I received when your email bounced back. Maybe you can check with your ISP and see if they can straighten it out for you.

This is a permanent error; I’ve given up. Sorry it didn’t work out.
